Ndikhumbula Sisakhula

Enlarge poem

Ndikhumbula sisakhula
Siphelele sonk’ekhaya;
Ingutata, ingumama,
Abanakwe kwanoodade.
Zazimnandi ezo ntsuku,
Sesihleli esidlweni.
Nants’intambo yal’uthando
Isirhangqe okobobo.

Bekhuthele abazali
Besivusa kwangonyezi
Umngcelele endleleni
Sisiya esikolweni
Masifane nengcongolo
Sikhule kwangenqeqesho
Sicul’uSiwe sivuke!
De sivuke somele

Sakuphuma isikolo
Masonwabe kwamelwane
Ndize nobhola nogaga
Hayi,Hayi,Hayi,Hayi!
Ndize nobhola nogaga
Hayi hayi hayi hayi
Ndize! Ewe!Ndize!Ewe!
Blekh Blekh ncanyiweeee!

Lakutshona elo langa
Khe sigqogqe la mahlathini
Zemk’iinkomo gwala ndini
Masihambe sizingela
Thatha nawe isilingi
Dubula ndity’isifuba
Ngawakho ke lamanqina
Ngakabani lamathumbu?

Ndibavil’abakhuluwa
Bethetha ngokuzingela
Thatha nawe elakhw’iphamba
Amabhenqa makashiywe
Bakuhamba behlangula
Basiphathele nobusi
Amatyhumza angalahlwa
Kuzakwenziw’iqhilika

Yakufika yona intlwa
Siqundene ezikweni
Lisikhanyisel’igqange
Sesilindel’umakhulu
Chosi chosi ngaloo ntsomi
Indletyana okomvundla
Akupheli kwanomzuzu
Indletyan’ okwetakane
Waca waca bubuthongo

Masibuyis’ezo ntsuku
Kanti nathi siphelele
Ndingutata, ndinomama.
Kanti sesinabantwana .
Masakhe olweth`uthando
Simanyane okwenyanda
Sidlob’okwamankonyana
Cumbelele cumbelele
Zisanetha kwaneemvula
Thyini nqaphela ndikhule

Senixoxa ningaxambulisani.
Lindanani niphane ithuba.
Ninganinki ithuba utshaba lunitshabalalise.
Qaphelani abahlukanisi, nizahlule kubo.
Nibabhebhethe baphephetheke bade babhange.

Xunelani uxolo nganxa zonke omnye komnye.
Nikunxweme ukunxwalana.
Nixabisane nixhasane.
Ningaxushani nixhwithane ngenxa yenzuzo.
Njengooxam bephaxulana.

Ubunye lumanyano.
Umanyano ngamandla.
Amandla ke adla utshaba.
Aluqobe aluqengqe luqongqotheke amandla.
Njenge gorha lingomba isigilamkhuba.

Hlalani nihlelisene kakuhle omnye nomnye.
Nahlukane nokuhluphana.
Nihlonelane nihlumisane.
Ningahlekani ngomhla wentlungu netlupheko.
Njengeentlabazahlukane zihlazana.
